Skechers Insider is our points-based loyalty program, where you'll earn a $20 reward for every $200 spent.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
As a member, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent with us. When you accumulate 200 points, you'll earn a $20 voucher.

Additionally, you can enjoy access to exclusive member-only offers.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can sign up either in-store or online.

To sign up in-store, simply ask any Team about the program and they'll be able to sign you up on the spot.

To sign up online, create an account with us and be sure to select "Join Skechers Insider".

After making a purchase, please allow up to 48 hours for any earned rewards to appear in your account.

WHEN CAN I USE MY REWARDS?
You can use your Rewards as soon as they appear in your account. All rewards will expire 6 months from the date of issue.

To use a Reward, the minimum value of your purchase must be over $120. Shipping fees are excluded from this minimum spend requirement.

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS IN-STORE?
Provide our in store Team with the email address linked to your account at checkout, and they can apply any available Rewards to your purchase.

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS ONLINE?
When logged into your account, Rewards can be applied during the payment stage of checkout.

Click the "+" button next to '"Apply Rewards", and the drop-down will expand to show any available Rewards, and click '"Apply".

If you choose to return an item, the value of any applied rewards will be reinstated to your account.

RETURNING A PURCHASE MADE USING A REWARD
Yes you can. You'll be refunded as normal via your original payment method. Your refund will reflect an items cost after the value of any rewards has been deducted.

The value of any rewards used against the returned item will be credited back to your account.

WILL MY ENTIRE REWARD BE REINSTATED?
For purchases containing more than one item, rewards will be distributed proportionally across the whole purchase, based on each items value.

If you don't return your entire purchase, the reward value applied to returned items will be reinstated - not the entire reward.

You can earn Qantas Points on in-store and online purchases. The method depends on how you choose to shop.

EARNING POINTS IN STORE
We've partnered with Qantas so you can earn points on in store purchases. Members will earn 2 points per $1 spent in store. If you're a Skechers Insider member, you can earn Insider points at the same time. 

To earn Qantas Points in-store, simply scan your digital or physical Qantas Frequent Flyer card when you're ready to pay. Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of the purchase.

Please note that points cannot be retroactively applied for historical purchases or instances where a card was not presented at the checkout.

EARNING POINTS ONLINE
To earn Qantas Points, simply add your favorite products to cart on www.skechers.com.au

Then, add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout. Or if you have previously added your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your account, ensure you're logged into that account during checkout. Points will be added to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of the purchase.

Please note that points cannot be retroactively applied for historical purchases or instances where a card number was not applied online.

QANTAS SHOPPING ONLINE
Qantas Shopping is a marketplace that allows you to earn points when purchasing online from us. To take advantage of this offer, head to our Qantas Shopping page and follow all instructions.
