Can I purchase a gift card online?
Skechers Gift Cards are now available to purchase online! Redeemable at any Skechers Australia store or online at skechers.com.au:
Just follow these steps:
- Select a gift card amount between $20 and $999
- Add a personal touch with a message
- Enter your contact, delivery and payment details
- The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient

Enter the eGift Card number and PIN at the checkout.
Present your eGift Card on your mobile device to our in-store team to scan.
Gift Cards are sent as inactive and will be activated 24 hours after purchase. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the issue date.

How can I check my gift card balance?

What are the Westfield Gift Card Terms & Conditions?
If you purchased a Westfield Gift Card or received a Westfield Gift Card, they can be used in any of our Westfield Shopping Centres across Australia.
Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Please note that these gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments, purchase of financial products or foreign currency, or gambling transactions), reloaded, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated to a new gift card.

Can I use my KIDS/ACTIVE gift card online?
KIDS and ACTIVE prepaid gift cards by The Card Network can't be used online, however, they can be used at any of our Skechers stores Australia-wide.
Using your gift card in-store
Simply present the card at one of our stores and swipe at the EFTPOS terminal. Select "Savings" and enter the PIN on the back of the card.
