What is Skechers Insider and how do I sign up?
Skechers Insider is our loyalty program. As a Skechers Insider, you can enjoy a variety of benefits including:
*Once you join, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent - points have an expiry date of 24 months.
For every 200 points you earn, you will receive a $20 reward via email, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
& Also:

* Invitations to VIP events
* Notifications of new products available

- Sign up online: You can create your Skechers Insider account online here.
Important to note:
- If you signed up in-store and want to use a reward online, you will need to also create an online account. Simply sign up online with the same email address and create a password - and your accounts and rewards will merge!

When will I receive my Skechers Insider Rewards?
Your Skechers Insider rewards will automatically appear in your account, and can be applied either in-store at checkout or online when logged in.
This can take up to 24-48 hours to appear in your account. If it hasn't appeared after this time, please reach out to our Skechers Experts here for assistance.

How do I redeem my Skechers Insider reward?
Redeeming In-store:
When shopping in-store, you must provide the email address you used when joining the Program in order for your Reward to be applied to your transaction.
Your reward can only be used on purchases valued at $120 or more
Redeeming Online:
- Sign into your account online. If you signed up in-store, you will need to sign up online and create a password - Simply use the same email address and your accounts and rewards will merge.
- At the checkout page, your Reward will appear with a prompt to ‘Apply your Reward’ which you must select in order for the Reward to be used as part of payment towards your transaction.
- Your reward will only apply on orders valued at $120 or more. If you do not select to apply your Reward to the transaction, it will remain unused on your Member account until it expires.
Please note: Your reward is applied proportionally across the products in your cart based on the value of each item. For example, if you purchase a pair of shoes and a pack of socks, you might see the bulk of your $20 reward being applied to your shoes, based on the value of this item being higher.

Will my $20 Skechers Insider Reward expire?
All Rewards issued from accumulating 200 points, will have a 6-month expiry valid from the date of issue. All Points issued will include a 24-month expiry from the date of issue.
If your Insider Reward has disappeared from your account, it may have expired. Please reach out to our Skechers Experts here for assistance.

I'm already signed up, how do I become a Skechers Insider?
If you are an existing subscriber to the Skechers Australia marketing database, and you have a unique customer ID (allocated to you after making a purchase with Skechers Australia), you will be contacted by Skechers regarding your inclusion in the Program as an existing subscriber. You will have the opportunity to notify Skechers if you don’t want to be included in the Skechers Insider Program.
Once you join, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and every 200 points you earn will convert into a $20 reward, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If you choose to opt-out of inclusion in the Skechers Insider Program via this Method, you may choose to join the Skechers Insider at a later date.
If you are an existing Skechers Australia subscriber who does not have a unique customer ID, you will be notified of the Skechers Insider Program via an email from Skechers Australia and will be prompted to join as a New Member.

I signed up as a Skechers Insider in-store and made a purchase, but I can't sign in online?
Unfortunately, signing up in-store does not automatically create an online account.
You'll need to create an online account with the same email address you used in-store.
Once you do, your in-store & online transaction history, rewards and points will merge!

What happens if I return an item I purchased with my Skechers Insider Reward?
If you used an Insider Reward when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid will have been reduced.
Any refund owing will be processed based on the amount paid for the transaction after any Rewards were applied & the Reward will be returned to your Skechers Insider account.
If you earn points when making your purchase, these will be taken off your account points balance when an eligible transaction has been cancelled, reversed or relates to a refund given.
