Unfortunately, if you forgot to add a discount code or redeem your reward points at the checkout, this cannot be amended after the purchase has been made. 

Feel free to place another order to use your discount/points - and you can return and refund your original order once it arrives with you either in-store or online. 

Unfortunately, Skechers does not offer any individual senior, pensioner, defence or health care worker discounts online. 

Having difficulty applying a discount code? Here's what you can do: 

1. Make sure you're entering the code in the correct place at checkout.
   At checkout, after 'Payment Method', click 'Apply Gift Card or Promo Code' and enter your discount code. 
   
   
2. Check that your item(s) meets the Terms & Conditions listed on the promotion. This may include:
   • Sale or product exclusions - sale items are often excluded from promotions 
   • Minimum spend amount
   • Inability to be used in conjunction with other offers
     
     
3. Double-check the promo code’s spelling and expiry date. Our discount codes are case sensitive.

Where to apply the discount code:

At the checkout, click "Apply Gift Card or Promo Code" and enter your code into the "Apply Promo Code" section before clicking 'Place Order'. 

Other things to note:

1. Have you double-checked the Ts & Cs of the discount code? You can find the information in the body of the email that you received. Discount codes may exclude sale items and you may need to hit a certain threshold in order for the code to work. 
2. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and some exclusions may apply. We recommend checking the terms and conditions related to your discount before ordering.

Shopback redemptions may take up to 48 hours to redeem with a claim time up to 75 days.
