VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and our e-gift cards are accepted online.

If you choose to return all or part of your online order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later, by dividing the total cost of your purchase into 4 interest free instalments, due fortnightly.

USING AFTERPAY ONLINE
To purchase using Afterpay, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. First-time users will be prompted to provide payment details, while returning customers will be able to login.

Your first payment will be charged upon placing your order.

RETURNING AFTERPAY PURCHASES
Provided your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you can return them for a refund. We'll refund any payments you've already made and cancel any future payments.

USING AFTERPAY IN STORE
To use Afterpay in-store, simply open your Afterpay App and select "Pay with Afterpay Card" to access your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet. At checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay, and your payment schedule will be displayed once your purchase is complete.

Can't make it in-store? We can convert your store Credit Note into an e-gift card.

CONVERTING A CREDIT NOTE TO AN E-GIFT CARD
Please reach out to us via email, and provide our Team with the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Your Credit Note Number
• The Expiry Date
• An email address to send the e-gift card to

CREDIT NOTE EXTENSIONS
If your Credit Note is expiring soon, and you haven't had the chance to use it, we may be able to offer an extension. Please request an extension via email, and include the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Your Credit Note Number
• The Expiry Date

All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once processed, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

AFTERPAY & PAYPAL REFUNDS
If your original payment method was Afterpay or PayPal, you will receive refund updates directly from them, in addition to communication from us.
