Do I need to create an account to make an online purchase?
You can place an online order as a guest, without having to create a user account in the online store.
At Skechers we recommend creating a Skechers Insider account, as it will make shopping with us easier by saving an address book and helping you check out faster. You also have a record of your online orders and can track them easily.

How do I update my account details or reset my password?
Need to update your details?
Log into your customer account and click into the personal details section.
Select edit and update your account information as required.
Need to reset your password?
Clicking 'Login' in the top right-hand corner of the website will bring up the login box. This box includes a hyperlink 'Forgot Password?' which prompts you to enter your email address.
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password to your account.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
We’re really sorry to see you go, but you’ll be happy to know that unsubscribing from our mailing list is as simple as it is.
Head to an email you've received from us and scroll to the bottom. The unsubscribe hyperlink is in the footer of the email. Click the link to unsubscribe.
Where can I see my order history?
Want to browse through your past purchases? You'll find them all stored in your account.
Head to 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner. Once you're in, click on 'Order history'.
Remember, if you checked out as a guest and created your account afterwards, your order will not show in the Order history section.READ FULL ARTICLE

Why haven't I received my order confirmation?
We can understand how frustrating this can be!
If you haven't received an order confirmation via email shortly after your purchase this may be due to:
- A small typo in the email address entered at the checkout
- Your order is still processing in our systems
- The email has been marked as spam and has been moved to your junk/spam folder
If you still haven't received it within 24 hours, contact our Skechers Experts with the info below and we'll locate and resend your order confirmation.
- First name and last name the order was placed under
- Date when the order was placed
- Payment method used
