If you believe any purchased items may have manufacturing faults, please follow the below steps.
If the item was purchased in one of our stores;
You can visit any of our stores and the store manager will assess the fault and if deemed faulty, they will be able to assist you.

Alternatively, if you cannot make it to your local store, you may contact our Customer Experience team here and they will help you with the returns process. Please note you will be required to show proof of purchase and photos that clearly display the fault in order to assess your item.
Please do not send the faulty product back without contacting us first.
