If you're having difficulty starting your online return, please check the following:
- When entering your order number (begins with SKXAU), do not include the # or any other symbols
- Make sure to tick the 'I'm not a robot' box
- Are you returning an item that has exceeded the 30 returns period? The returns portal will only accept orders made within the last 30 days
