Skechers does offer international exchanges. If your item is purchased within one of our Skechers retail stores in any country, you may be eligible for an exchange on your purchase if you change your mind or experience any trouble as long as your item falls within the guidelines of our current returns policy.
Just remember that each country will stock different ranges at any given time, so we won’t always be able to exchange your item over for an exact match, however, our team will do their absolute best.
Please contact our Customer Experience team here with as many details as possible. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase as well as some photographs of the item/s.
